Do we accept returns?

Every customer has 30 days to return the item the way it was received. All tags, boxes, and any items included must be shipped the same way it was received. If the item has been worn or used the item is not returnable.

Does Anye Designs have a warranty?

Anye Designs is covered by a year warranty that will cover any workmanship defects. We offer free sizing and cleaning, simply pay for postage. Anye’s warranty automatically terminates if any repairs or modifications, beyond setting the center stone, are made by anyone other than Anye.

Can I cancel an order?

If the order has not been shipped contact us immediately. Please have all your information ready.

Do we negotiate?

No we do not negotiate. All prices are set and discussed with the seller prior to posting the item.


When does the item get shipped?

Once the payment is approved and verified the item will be shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday except Holidays)

What shipping service does Anye Designs use?

Items are shipped via FedEx. All items that are shipped require a signature confirmation.

Do we charge for shipping?

Standard US domestic ground shipping is FREE. International shipping is $89.99. For specific shipping quotes please contact us directly.

What do we Declare on Custom Forms?

We mark the package with the exact dollar amount you paid for the item (not including shipping) due to country regulations. Customer is responsible all taxes and duties.
